Do you have the desire to be Your Own Boss?

Ink Solution’s Business Development Program (BDP) can make it happen

Every person and every business that has a printer will eventually run out of ink and/or toner and consequently will need to buy a replacement cartridge. Therefore, every person and every business that owns an inkjet or laser printer is a potential customer!

If you agree with us you will also agree that the Ink and Toner refilling business has an excellent growth potential. So, now that we agree that there is a good market out there for an Ink and Toner cartridge refill business, your next questions you will probably be: What is necessary to get into this business? What refill equipment do I need? What business model should I use to get started?

Ink Solution understands that every entrepreneur considering starting a new business has at least one thing in common: the desire to be his or her own boss. But every entrepreneur has a different financial goal, skills, business background, personality, budget, etc.

The Ink Solution’s B.D.P was designed to point you in the right direction, taking into consideration your own profile. Our concept is to find a business model that matches your personality, business background, goals, skills and budget.

Business model options:

Retail store:

This model evidently requires a retail location, which in most cases means a higher start up cost and a higher operational cost. One of the benefits of a retail cartridge refill store model is that besides the walk in customer market, most stores will eventually develop a Business to Business (B2B) market.  Important: A good retail location is highly recommended.

Office / Warehouse:

This is the ideal model for individuals that want to focus 100% of their time on developing business and corporate accounts. The warehouse space is used for cartridge production, inventory, shipping and receiving.  This model does require a person with marketing and sales skills to develop the market and open accounts. Important: Is not mandatory that the owner be the one with the sales skills. You can hire a sales person and eventually create a sales team. The start up as well the operational cost for this model is usually lower than the retail store model.

Home Based:

Yes, the inkjet andt toner cartridge refilling business can be done from home. Individuals with a limited budget often choose this model. The Home Based model is a smaller version of the Office / Warehouse model. Just like in that model, it is required to have a person with marketing and sales skills to develop the market. This model is definitely the least costly way to get started.

Ecommerce:

We don’t consider Ecommerce a business model. We consider an Ecommerce website an add-on sales and marketing tool that can be incorporated to any of the models above.

All the business models we recommend are good, viable options. The question is: which one is right for you? Contact us to discuss in detail the recommended business models. We will be glad to listen and answer all your questions.

Disclaimer: Ink Solution does not offer financial advice as to how to conduct your business nor do we make income promises. We can refer you to some cartridge refilling business owners who can discuss this venture with you.
